Job Summary

We are a rapidly growing Company, involved in the importation of the highest quality Cosmetics, Toiletries, and Beverages products from the US, UK, EUROPE, and ASIA. Due to expansion, we are looking for vibrant marketers to distribute our products to different supermarkets, superstores, wholesalers, and open markets. The job holder will develop sales strategies and attract new customers. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales, achieving quotas. The successful candidates will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing sales of products.

  • Minimum Qualification:Degree
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales using various customer sales methods (shop to shop, cold calling, etc.)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers' needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships with them.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Report and provide feedback to management on a daily/weekly basis
  • Maintain and expand customers’ database within the city.


Requirements:

  • Academic qualification of OND, HND or BSc in Business/Social Sciences or related fields
  • Must not be more than 35 years.
  • Proven sales records
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with FMCG
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Must reside in Aba / Port Harcourt.
