Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work in close collaboration with your teammate and the Sales and Marketing Lead to achieve the budgeted occupancy goals.
- Responsible for meeting established goals for outbound calls, tours, deposits, move-ins, and outreach.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Effectively communicate our services to customers.
- Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow up with calls and meetings.
- Creating leads and contacts and developing relationships with prospects
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and cascade to the Sales and Marketing Lead
- Attend team meetings
- Other duties as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Lead
Requirements:
- OND/HND required, preferably in Marketing.
- Good communication skills
- Minimum years of Experience in a similar job Position:(0-1 year).
- Proven sales, leasing, promotion, or public relations required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise.
