About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Field Sales Marketer to promote and sell our range of quality products directly in major Lagos markets. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, and passionate about engaging traders, retailers, and wholesalers to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Visit designated markets and retail hubs daily to promote and sell company products.

•
Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, retailers, and wholesalers.

•
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to increase awareness and conversion.

•
Negotiate and close on-the-spot sales to achieve monthly targets.

•
Gather and report feedback on pricing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

•
Submit daily sales and activity reports to management.

Requirements:

•
Male, aged 21–35 years.

•
Proven experience in field sales, trade marketing, or market activation (experience with kitchen appliances is an advantage).

•
Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.

•
Energetic, outspoken, and willing to move around Lagos markets extensively.

•
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Pidgin (Yoruba or Igbo is a plus).

•
Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.

Compensation:

Attractive base salary + transport allowance + commission on sales.
