Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Field Application Specialist who will support the achievement of business goals by providing field scientific support & services, training, qualification and field actions deployment at all stages of bioMérieux's solutions life cycle management.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide consulting, technical training and on-going support on bioMérieux solutions
  • Answer internal & external customer inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory through timely and accurate documentation in ERP system
  • Provide consistent follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPI
  • Develop & retain business, strengthen customer relationship
  • Make organizational recommendations around the equipment in order to optimize the workflow, address three dimensions: technical, quality and productivity
  • Promote bioMérieux solutions demonstration, evaluations, onsite visits on both pre and post sales
  • Enable bioMérieux customer in fully utilizing the technical potential of the solutions (interpretation of results, specimen management, workflow optimization)
  • Demonstrate a technical expertise which allows to easily adjust to new products and technologies
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, advanced training, certification and onboarding support of other bioMérieux employees/new comers
  • Act as a technical pillar for sub/clusters and contribute to projects related to her/his field of expertise
  • Recognized expertise on the market, ability to interact with KOL


Requirements

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biology. Microbiology or Molecular Biology
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Biology or Industrial Microbiology
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented
  • Organized, rigorous and autonomous
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Master of CRM (reporting and dashboard)  
  • Ability to train and coach effectively
