Our client in the telecommunications industry is expanding and looking to hire Fibre Sales Agents to support broadband penetration across estates and clusters in Lagos and Abuja. The ideal candidates are proactive, persuasive, and result-driven with a strong flair for sales.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet MTN FibreX sales goals within assigned estates or clusters.
- Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell FibreX solutions to residents, SMEs, and prospects.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek new customers through weekday and weekend sales activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the Fibre Development team to drive presales and sales execution.
- Customer Feedback & Engagement: Drive satisfaction and feedback initiatives in assigned areas.
- Post-Sales Coordination: Manage queries, complaints, installation workflows, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Reporting: Provide market insights and intelligence to support business planning.
- Compliance: Uphold company values, ethics, and work culture.
Requirements:
- A first degree in any relevant discipline (Social Sciences, Management, etc.)
- Knowledge about sales (telecoms, ICT, FMCG, etc.)
- Working Knowledge of Fibre broadband sales and territory sales management is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- National Diploma or Degree (Required)
