Successful candidate will be responsible for the for the following:
Conducting recruitment, selection and placement.
Attendance and absence management.
Promoting discipline in the workplace
Developing and reviewing policies and processes.
Handling on-boarding and off-boarding.
Providing periodic hr. reports
Acting as the middle man between the management and staff.
Managing employees’ files and records.
Driving the performance management system.
Ensuring a fair compensation practice. etc
Bringing in new ideas for business development.
Managing employees’ relations
Interested candidate should;
Possess at least a Bsc. in human resource management/Industrial relations or any similar course.
Have about 1-3 years relevant experience on the position or similar position.
Not be more than 32 years of age.
Must be proficient in the use of a computer.
Must possess the following skills such as effective communication, problem solving, negotiation, ability to lead & influence, observant, detailed and have a can do attitude.
Membership of CIPM or SHRM would be an added advantage.
