A reputable hospitality home is recruiting a female chef who would be responsible for managing other members of the food preparation team, deciding what dish to serve and adjusting orders to meet guest request

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

* Cook guest orders according to their preferences

* Employ food safety best practices and ensure all kitchen staff do the same

* Select choice ingredient that will give dishes the best flavour

* Determine how much food to order and maintain an appropriate supply at the restaurant

* Act with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives and high temperature surfaces

* Keep up with trends in cooking and the restaurant business to ensure that guests have a positive experience
