Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Assist with data entry, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Female preferred for this position
