Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Fastfood and bakery employees.
- Coordinate daily activities and operations which include, planning of food products, maintenance of food quality and brand, sourcing and reporting.
- Oversee food preparation and service to ensure quality and safety
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain health and safety guidelines
- Train new team members and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Handle customer complaints or issues
- Develop staff schedules and monitor attendance
- Ensure all staff members adhere to culinary standards and regulations
- Review and evaluate staff performance
- Manage budgets and payroll records
Requirements:
- Candidate must have superior catering skills and ability to supervise diverse individuals.
- Experience with an upscale fast-food chain is an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of proven work experience in food service management
- Experience with budgeting, inventory, and cost controls
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Diploma in hospitality or culinary arts will be an advantage
- Work schedule will be discussed.
Location: Ajah, BadoreĀ
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 200,000
