Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Help in preparing and maintaining accurate records, trust agreements, and other related documentation. Ensure all files are organized and up to date.
- Research investment options, estate planning strategies, and trust management best practices. Provide insights and support in developing client-specific trust solutions.
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of family trusts, including tracking investments, managing disbursements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support in performing due diligence checks and ensuring all trust activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Help prepare materials for client meetings, such as financial reports, trust summaries, and presentations. Attend meetings and take notes as required.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective management of trust-related issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of trust management, estate planning, and financial services.
- Assist in analyzing potential investment opportunities for trust funds, providing recommendations under the guidance of senior brokers.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, law, and other related majors are preferred.
- Have more than two years of trust experience, or more than three years of financial-related experience, and be able to assume the main management responsibilities of trust projects.
- Familiar with the capital market, have experience in selling private equity products, and have certain experience in developing and maintaining high-net-worth individual clients or institutional clients.
- Have good professional ethics and team spirit, reduce work pressure, and communication skills.
