The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the hotel's facilities. This role involves managing the physical environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising maintenance staff, etc. with various departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Plan, direct, and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the hotel's facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
- Staff Management: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that all staff adhere to safety standards and operational procedures.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the hotel complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facilities budget, focusing on cost-effective operations and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent are an added advantage.
