Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a training institute
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods·       
  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Ensuring that basic facilities on the property are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
  • Sound Knowledge of planning and Execution of Training Programmes
  • Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
  • Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the organization.
  • Oversees all day-to-day facility management operations, including communication systems, security, cleaning, health & safety, mechanical, electrical & building services, procurement & office services, space management.
  • Supervising & coordinating of training carried out by contractors in the institute
  • Ensure delivery of maintenance services in a safe, timely & cost-effective manner.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
  • Liaises with and coordinate service providers on the premises on maintenance issues and also ensures the use of good quality materials, good finishing with prompt attention.
  • Proper documentation of maintenance issues handled in the past for accurate accountability.
  • Put in place best-practice Facility Management Agreements with the third party utilizing the property
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualification and Skills Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or relevant field
  • A minimum of three (3) years cognate experience
  • Sound Knowledge in conducting and organizing training programs
  • Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Timely response to issues
  • Good management of resources
  • Ability to Multitask
