Job Summary
The Facility Manager is the linchpin of our operational infrastructure. Your primary mission is to ensure zero unplanned downtime across all essential restaurant systems. This is a hands-on role covering preventative and corrective maintenance for power systems, water supply, plumbing, gas lines, HVAC, and all cooking/refrigeration equipment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Design and execute a strict weekly/monthly preventative maintenance schedule (PMS) for all restaurant equipment.
- Rapid Fault Resolution: Immediately address and resolve all maintenance issues (plumbing, power, equipment) with a target resolution time of under 2 hours for critical faults.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the consistent functionality of power supply (generator and mains), water systems, gas installations, and general building structure.
- Vendor Management: Source, vet, and supervise external repair technicians and contractors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of services.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain detailed, up-to-date facility logs, asset registers, and maintenance expenditure reports. Submit comprehensive weekly status reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in facility or maintenance management, preferably in a commercial kitchen or high-traffic environment.
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to diagnose and independently fix common faults across plumbing, basic electrical systems, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills for scheduling and vendor coordination.
- Must live within very close proximity to Lekki (Osapa London/Ajah axis) to respond quickly to off-schedule emergencies.
