Job Description/Requirements
- Review the food and beverage excesses
- Review the control systems put in place for theĀ
- Review the integration (even manually) of inventory management with preparation of food, beverage including raw ingredients
- Review compliances, documents, ledgers, and accounting system
- Review Systems to prevent the revenue leakages and wastages
- Status of various kinds of business analytics and metrics i.e. Average order size, seasonal fluctuations, customer acquisition cost from various sources, table rotation time etc.
- Review of food costing, raw ingredients, suppliers, and vendors
- Physical verification of inventory on a sample basis
- Review of general processes
