We are seeking an experienced Export Officer specializing in documentation and processing to join our dynamic team. The role primarily involves overseeing and managing the export documentation process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and facilitating smooth export operations.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Prepare, review, and manage all export-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with international regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance in all documentation and processing.
  • Collaborate with customs agents and authorities to address any issues and facilitate smooth customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to schedule and monitor the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to export requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding export documentation queries and provide necessary assistance to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Identify areas for improvement in export processes, documentation, and systems, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in export documentation and processing within an international trade or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems for documentation and processing (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office, customs software).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification in Export/Import Compliance or related field.
  • Multilingual abilities for effective communication with international clients.
