Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their preferences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing plans.
- Advertising and Promotion:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
- Develop engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, property tours, and open houses.
- Sales and Client Engagement:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and availability.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja and surrounding areas.
- Strong negotiation skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to attend property viewings, promotional events, and meetings, which may require travel within Abuja and surrounding areas.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
