Job Description/Requirements

An energetic and growing telehealth company is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist with at least 3 years of experience setting up and managing SEO, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.


Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with managers to discuss the Search and Social Advertising needs and performance
  • Develop and implement impactful SEO strategies based on SEO best practices, including but not limited to content strategy and technical SEO improvements
  • Responsible for researching keywords, competitors, and industry trends to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Creating Search and Social Advertising Strategies for clients in a wide range of industries, from cranes and rigging to jewellery stores
  • Implementing Search and Social Ads for new and existing clients
  • Monitoring and Adjusting Search and Social Ad Campaigns to optimize performance
  • Ensuring that client advertising budgets are being met but not exceeded
  • Creating and analyzing Search and Social Ad Reports
  • Staying up to date on new Search and Social advertising offerings and best practices


Requirements:

  • Account management / client-facing experience - 3+ years
  • SEO experience - 5+ years
  • Google Analytics experience - 3+ years
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress
  • Experience with the majority of the following: Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, AWR Cloud, etc.


Other Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Technical SEO
  • Email marketing experience
  • Social media planning
  • HubSpot experience / certifications
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Google Ads Certifications
  • Bing Ads experience
  • Experience with other CMS platforms e.g. Shopify and WebFlow
