Job Summary

A fast-rising luxury real estate development company is looking to recruit an Administrative/Executive Assistant.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Expected administrative/executive assistant duties and light cross-functional activities include Real Estate Sales and Marketing, calendar, travel and transportation arrangements, time and expense management, meeting coordination, and providing backup support for Executives.
  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services. Must be able to present sales offers to clients for consideration and generate a high net worth client leads to sell a property.
  • Review contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve better results.
  • Maintain effective contact with existing clients to have openings to discuss future business prospects.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Stay updated on Real Estate's marketing and branding industry trends to maintain competitiveness at a top level.
  • Report on a monthly basis on general activities

Requirement:

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 1-3 years of work experience
  • Previous work in Sales / Marketing for Real Estate Development or Management, Design, or Construction industry is a plus.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed. Creative thinker and customer service skills.
  • The ability to implore the use of digital marketing platforms will be an advantage
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.
  • Foreign exposure is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
  • Understands the complexities of working with people in multiple locations (both in-person and virtually)
  • Ability to plan and conduct complex and sensitive administrative and operational duties
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet critical deadlines
  • Resides within Eti-Osa LGA axis (compulsory)
