Job Description

• Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives

• Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages

• Schedule and plan meetinghs and appointments

• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports

• Using various software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software

• Reading analyzing incoming memos, letters, packages, requests, etc. and distributing them as needed

• Accurately recording minutes from meetings

• Making travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive chairman

• Marketing the company’s products and services

• Provide general administrative support

• Run errands for the Chairman or management team

• Clean and organize the Executive Chairman’s office and assist associates in ways that optimizes procedure.
