We are seeking a highly organized, eloquent, and social media-savvy individual to join our team as an executive Personal assistant who will serve as additional support to the Director in his day-to-day business activities and personalized schedules. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a schedule of meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Assist with general office tasks and administration
- Help manage social media accounts and engage with followers
- Provide support for other businesses as needed
- Be willing to start work immediately and contribute fresh ideas to move the company forward
- Assist with photography tasks as needed
- Meet-and-greet anchor for executive management visitors.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to start work immediately and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Interest in photography
- Must live within the Yaba/Surulere axis for proximity to the office
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for meeting-and-greeting
Remuneration: NGN 60,000
