Job Description/Requirements
· Should be able to develop new menu
· Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
· Inspect the quality of the food
· Be aware of new culinary trends and recipes
· Train and supervise kitchen staff
· Manage special dietary needs
· Ensure that the kitchen and the surrounding areas are sanitized and clean in accordance with company standards and health code regulation
· Oversee purchasing to stay within certain budget and budgeting skills to control costs
· Incredible food preparation abilities and deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and incredible time management skills
