Specifically, you would:
- Assist with the smooth running of the order to delivery process.
- Assist with executing growth and key change ideas.
- Represent the MD in office meetings.
- Assist with recruitment and employee training as required.
- Liaise with key vendors and partners.
- Assist with implementing operational structures and processes.
- Assist with resolving business, customer, and employee issues.
- Assist in other professional tasks as assigned by the MD.
