Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other stakeholders.
Manage the MD’s calendars, set up meetings and prepare documents for same.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Take minutes during meetings.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Entertainment: Guests / Clients, Board and Board Committee Meetings.
Screening and receiving of guests on behalf of the MD.
Ensure adequate supply of consumables & stationery for the MD’s office.
Regular reminders of scheduled activities and duties.
Provide general administrative support.
Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by the MD.

Excellent administration and secretarial skills.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite (Ms Word, Ms Excel).
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualification / Experience
BSc (Hons) degree from a reputable University.
Professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Zero to two (2) years post-graduation experience.
Experience in the customer services and /or administration is desired.
