Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitbale individual to fill this position, the job holder will also double down as a Communications Officer. With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics on behalf of the CEO
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange the CEO’s executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, meal coordination and other itinerary
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Calendering and scheduling on behalf of the CEO
Requirements:
- 4 years experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Preferred candidate must be a graduate of Mass communication, English language, linguistics or language related course.
- Minimum of a second class upper degree
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Ability to keep company confidences
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate tasks effectively
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
