To be the right candidate for this role, you must have;
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar relevant administrative support experience.
- Understanding and experienced use of G Suite (Google Workspace) tools
- Completed MBA degree
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written English communications skills.
Your day to day duties will include but are not limited to;
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Creating and presenting reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Email, meetings and phone calls management.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Provide general administrative support.
