Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for review.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information and personal matters.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Track and prioritize key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
  • Support the CEO in managing relationships with key partners, clients, and suppliers in the beauty industry.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and its trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
