Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Airline booking and hotel reservations
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Ability to get things done
- Experience in HR is an added advantage
- Available to travel
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- This position is open to preferably a Female candidate
- The candidate should have a driver's license and be able to drive
- The job holder must be intelligent, articulate,
- Have excellent oral and written communications skills
- The candidate should be agile, the job can be demanding
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
