Job Description/Requirements

SALARY BETWEEN 100,000 - 250,000

  • You shall manage all electronic and paper documents pertaining to the managing director’s office.

  • Arrange all business trips and reservations for the managing director, other directors and the business associates of the company.

  • Accompany the managing director to any trip requiring the presence of the executive Assistant

  • Make arrangement for the hosting of foreign business partners, dignitaries and other important personalities and ensure reputable hospitality.

  • Take minutes of all internal management meetings and external business meetings involving the managing director, directors and other business associates.

  • Administration of calls, emails, letters, correspondences, dairies and calendars of the managing director.

  • Ensure that uttermost confidentiality is maintained on all his business and personal matters.

  • Attend to memos and queries from and to the Managing director.

  • Carryout research on behalf of the managing director.

  • Represent the MD at project sites and customers meeting and promptly report back to him.

  • Relieve the managing director of all routine and non-routine tasks relating to the department that distract him from his strategic and visionary responsibilities.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must possess B.Sc. degree in Engineering, English language, Geology & Mining or Secretarial studies. M.Sc, MBA and other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

  • Possess minimum of 5years hand on experience in the post of Executive Assistant Job.

  • Possess Excellent skill in oral and written communication.

  • Possess can do attitude.

  • Shall be physically, mentally, emotionally and medically sound and fit for the job.

  • Shall possess high multitasking ability with careful attention to details.

  • Must possess excellent analytics, conceptual thinking, superior reasoning and sound business judgement required to successfully manage people.

  • Must possess leadership and Managerial qualities.

  • Must be a Female Graduate.

  • Candidate must be good looking.
