Job Summary

The Execution & Compliance Lead is the engine of discipline at Majeurs. This role ensures that every department and manager delivers on their KPIs, SOPs, and commitments in line with the Majeurs Playbook. You will coach and hold department heads accountable — not replace them. By working through managers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Playbook Execution & Compliance:
  • Drive ≥95% compliance across all departments.
  • Audit KPI reports and SOPs weekly/monthly (via managers, not manually).
  • Identify systemic gaps and recommend process improvements.

Cadence & Governance:
  • Run weekly KPI review meetings and track follow-through.
  • Verify monthly KPI packs, variance reports, and QBR submissions.
  • Ensure escalation ladders, SLAs, and decision rights are consistently
  • applied.

Corrective Actions & Escalations:
  • Maintain oversight of CAPA log; ensure ≥90% closure within SLA.
  • Monitor RAG triggers and ensure timely escalation.
  • Reduce founder-handled escalations to <10% of total.


Cross-Department Alignment:

  • Enforce SLA compliance across Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing, and Academy.
  • Highlight friction points and coach managers to resolve issues.

Insights & Reporting:
  • Deliver a Monthly Playbook Compliance Report (by Day 3 each month).
  • Track compliance trends, highlight risks, and propose fixes.
  • Present insights to the CEO and leadership team to drive improvement.
         

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of KPI systems governance and reporting.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach and influence managers across departments.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills (can lead meetings confidently)
  • Integrity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset


Key Results / KPIs:

  • ≥95% compliance rating across departments
  • 100% on-time KPI pack submissions
  • ≥90% CAPAs closed within SLA
  • <10% escalations reaching the CEO/Founder
  • Monthly Playbook Compliance Report submitted on time
