Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Event Logistics and Coordination:
- Assist in preparing event timelines, checklists, and schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors for setup, delivery, and post-event activities.
- Oversee inventory of event supplies, equipment, and materials.
On-Site Support:
- Provide hands-on assistance during event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Ensure all event areas meet quality and safety standards.
- Address and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with the Event Management Specialist.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of event budgets, invoices, and contracts.
- Assist with attendee registration, confirmations, and queries.
- Prepare event documentation, including agendas, floor plans, and contact lists.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between the Event Management Specialist and vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely updates and communication of event-related changes.
- Gather and report feedback from stakeholders post-event.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct pre-event site inspections to confirm readiness.
- Monitor event execution to ensure alignment with plans and client expectations.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Degree in a related field
