Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Event Planning Manager in the planning, organization, and implementation of events.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth running of the event.
- Responsible for the preliminary preparation of the event, including venue layout, material preparation, and participant communication.
- Assist in the production and distribution of event promotional materials such as invitations, flyers, and social media content.
- Support the teamwork at the event site and handle emergencies and temporary needs.
- Assist in collecting event feedback, and compiling and analyzing event performance reports.
- Participate in post-event summary meetings to make improvement suggestions and optimization plans.
Requirements:
- Educational background in event planning, public relations, marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and external suppliers.
- Creative and detail-oriented, able to come up with innovative ideas in event planning.
- Possess good time management skills to ensure events are completed on time.
