Job Summary
As an Event Intern, you will assist the team with the coordination and execution of various events. This role involves providing support in sales, event logistics, vendor communications, attendee management, and on-site coordination. You will gain hands-on experience in event planning, client relations, and project management.

Job Description/Requirements
- Assist with managing event rental inventory, including tracking availability and condition of items.
- Help coordinate the delivery and setup of rental equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, linens, and audiovisual equipment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and ensure proper setup.
- Support the logistics team in organizing transportation and scheduling deliveries and pickups.
- Aid in event setup and teardown on-site, ensuring that all equipment is properly installed and functional.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the warehouse and rental equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service during events and troubleshoot any issues that arise with rental items.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience in event management
- Minimum of SSCE
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
