Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understand curriculum requirements, and create syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements.
- Analyze the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structure lessons and assessments around them.
- Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
- Incorporating social skill learning into the learners' class activities.
- Adopt 21st-century techniques in preparing stimulating lesson plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc, or master's degree in English language.
- Preferably IGCSE Certified
- Relevant experience in preparing students in private schools, for external examinations (SSCE, JSCE).
- Applicable understanding of the use of 21st-century teaching techniques in or out of the classroom.
- Essential social and interpersonal skills are required within the school community.
