The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing cross-functional engineering teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, etc)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a customer-facing role is a plus
