Education Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, outreach, and client follow-up.
• Conduct calls, schedule appointments, and deliver engaging sales presentations.
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate education and migration solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic sales plans.
• Maintain and update client databases, prepare sales contracts, and manage payment processes.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to the management team.
• Represent the company at conferences, education fairs, and seminars.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients and address their inquiries.
• Keep up with industry trends, market changes, and education/immigration policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales, prior experience in the education or immigration consultancy sector will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable working from home and in the field as required.
