Early Career Trainee - Service Delivery

Job Summary

The Early Career Trainee will be supporting the Service Delivery team in the daily operations and tasks. You will also be responsible for handling our end customer and partner’s needs, assisting in driving service delivery processes in a Healthcare business/environment, supporting on-field job planning, application of right documentations, bringing in a new methodology in problems resolution to ensure customer fulfilment, and operational excellence across West Africa.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree

  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting operational excellence on the service delivery processes under responsibility, focused on customer needs, process standards, quality, and productivity
  • Being part of SMax deployment team, supporting transition, working on data validation, clean up and loading
  • Assisting on data analysis and business case development for key projects
  • Working with the larger team in ensuring the developing productivity initiatives/projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work, and increase the speed of service
  • Stand as a Backup on monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on a daily basis
  • Ensuring compliance to quality and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience in the digital communication environment
  • Experience in statistical and/or data management tools
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and root-cause analysis skills
  • Proficiency in English
