DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- To set-up and manage digital campaigns such as PPC Ads, Display Ads, Social Ads, Influencer Marketing, etc.
- Set-up and manage sales funnels.
- Manage existing sales team members. Onboard, train, develop and motivate new sales team members to deliver company goals including succession planning
- Develop and implement short and long term vision and strategic business plans to drive company growth objectives
- Oversees implementation and execution of digital promotional campaigns that lead to increased sales and market share
- Trouble shoot customer, product, and site issues. Assign staff to respond and address issues. Communicate and resolve any customer related issues.
- Identify new product opportunities and issues. Funnel information to management to assist with new product development
- Communicate and work collaboratively with procurement, supply chain, product management to gain alignment in achieving overall business goals. Escalate issues and push for resolution
- Creative thinker that finds new processes and solutions for business strategy
- Evaluate future opportunities. Apply learnings from real-time E-commerce, digital and consumer trends as well as emerging digital tools.
