Drupp Account Representative

Job Summary

The Drupp Account Representative is responsible for prospecting DRUPP Kwara to customers/drivers and generating revenue through direct registration of drivers. Key to the success of this role is an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for the challenge of new business development, an ability to network with people and a drive for closing sales leads.

Job Description


 Develop and maintain knowledge on Drupp Kwara’s business Develop to execute sales strategies for increasing driver subscription/registration with DRUPP Kwara

 Prospect potential customers/drivers with enthusiasm through direct marketing, telephone, social media and other means of communication.

 Recruit and onboard drivers successfully and maintain continuous professional relationship to set them up for success. Coach and support drivers in their ability to use the DRUPP app

 Present DRUPP Kwara’s value proposition clearly while consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets

 Support the expansion of DRUPP Kwara’s reach by prospecting to potential customers in a wide range of locations

 Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies that will ensure continuous revenue growth

 Collaborate with other DARs to close sufficient sales to meet departmental objectives

 Provide feedback to the Business Development and Sales Lead on market

trends and driver performance/feedback

 Identify and prioritize high potential sales opportunities. Maximize the opportunities

 Promote and support sales and marketing campaigns

 Provide reports on sales performance and other-related information

 Performs other duties assigned


 Minimum of post-secondary qualification from a reputable institution.

 Minimum of three (3) years experience in a professional setting, two (2) of which must have been spent in direct sales management

 Self-driven with demonstrated experience in meeting and surpassing stretch sales targets

 High energy with a strong sales aptitude and positive attitude

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, persuasion and customer- relationship management skills

 Ability to start and close sales lead with minimal supervision

 Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and ability to adopt/explore new technology

 Possession of good work ethics, professionalism, credibility and integrity

 Excellent team player with problem-solving and coaching skills

 Ability to work under pressure
