Job Summary
Mall D Oasis Shopping Center (MDO) is focused on the management of commercial real estate developments within its Holding Structure. Using the design concept of operating as multi-use facilities, MDO’s developments are in the Retail, Hospitality (Hotel and Short-stay Apartments), and Industrial sectors. With the completion of its flagship development, Oasis Centre, Ikeja, it has become pertinent to grow the team with experienced and qualified candidates that have a willingness to think outside the box and continue to break new grounds.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish a procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing, and filing the documents within MDO (core) and its multi-sector businesses. This involves writing and maintaining document control procedures and participating in the development and roll-out of document control tools, such as scanning hardware, computer software, etc.
- Classify and register documents into the document management system understanding the links between the process and the approver. Link documents according to their context.
- Undertake quality compliance checks to ensure documents are produced and maintained in accordance with Company Policy
- Carry out search and retrieval requests, collate and analyse information, and produce reports.
- Maintain contacts with other business teams in MDO, anticipating their requirements and building that into the service provision.
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures, ensuring that these follow statutory, regulatory, and company policy; contribute to specific procedures to solve local problems and consult more widely for their universal adoption.
- Provide Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) audits of the hardcopy Document files and the electronic Document files.
