• Fleet optimisation assurance and leadership
• Articulation and timely generation of business-critical reports and information systems to facilitate proactive management decision-making
• Prompt and satisfactory execution of all business development commitments

Qualification & Personal attributes

• Relevant degree in management, logistics and supply chain management or the equivalent
• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be an advantage
• Significant operations and general management experience in cargo services, freight forwarding or international courier delivery services
• Superior knowledge of e-commerce logistics
• Strong people management and team coordination skills
• Assertive, confident and high energy personality
• Business intelligence, market awareness and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to leverage and maximise industry-standard software.
