Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver documents, packages, and other items to members, clients, vendors, and other offices in a safe and timely manner.
- Pick up materials, supplies, and equipment as required for office operations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Ensure the motorbike is in good working condition and undergoes regular maintenance
Requirements:
- WASSCE or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a despatch rider or in a similar role.
- Valid motorcycle driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages and materials as necessary.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
