Job Summary
Job Description/Requirements
Our Client; a health tech company building supplying hospitals in emerging markets. The company has distributed 180,000+ medical products to 2,000+ healthcare facilities, saving 80,000+ lives across Nigeria, Kenya and Ethiopia.
The Director of Partnership will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction, overseeing the company's foundation's operations, and effectively managing programs and resources to achieve its mission and goals. In addition, S/he will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, cultivate new relationships, secure funding and resources, and advance the organization's mission and goals through collaboration and cooperation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and secure new partnerships for the company's Foundation and the company.
Maintain high levels of satisfaction among current partners and strive to exceed their expectations.
Ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement among current investors/board members of the Foundation and the company
Increase access to critical medical supplies and improve health outcomes for the poorest communities.
Requirement
● Educational Qualifications
● A bachelor's or Master’s degree in any related discipline
Experience
● 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
● Skills And Abilities
● Ability to multitask
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to manage stakeholders
● Organizational, presentation and negotiation skills
● Good people-management skills.
● Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
