Understand M-KOPA and its products
Identify potential customers (Prospects)
Make a good sales presentation
DSRs are expected to give correct information to avoid bad paying clients.
Recommend potential DSRs to join M-KOPA
Must have minimum of B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration
Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in Sales or any related field.
Must have ability to follow up with customers and prospective customers
Must have strong communication and persuasion skills
Must have good computer Skill for office (Excel, PPT, Word)
Requirements and Conditions:
Successfully go through the M-KOPA First30 On-boarding program
Willing to :
Be a resident & Operate within a designated Cluster
Attend Weekly Monday SC Meeting
Attend Monthly Stock take meeting
Prepare and adhere to weekly planner.
Dedicate at least 75% time to M-KOPA work
Please note that this is a commission based role.
