Job Summary
We are looking to hire a direct sales officer to expand our micro-lending scheme to viable customers. You will be responsible for identifying new customers with quick small credit needs, appraising their requests, and ensuring regular repayment once the loan is disbursed. You will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- On-board new customers and assess their loan needs
- Carry out loan verification as soon as requests are received
- Maintain a steadily growing portfolio of customers.
- Ensure proper documentation of all loan customers.
- Regularly mop-up repayments from customers
- Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
- Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
- Handle questions or complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND, HND, or BSC in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Apt in negotiating and persuading
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 50,000
