Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Increase prospects’ awareness and understanding of Microinsurance products to increase customer base.
- Partner with the marketing team to maximize marketing’s impact on revenue.
- Engage the appropriate technical resources as necessary.
- Data management (including tracking of the current sales forecast), proposal, renewal rates, and additional relevant data.
- To develop and execute successful Middleware & Cloud sales campaigns.
- To create new leads, and thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities.
- Participation during staff meetings giving feedback on clients’ responses to services.
- Drive sales via digital platforms.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years’ experience in business development/sales development, or inside sales in the insurance industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Solutions Selling / Consultative Sales Strategies.
- Success with delivering targets.
- Success in driving new customer acquisitions.
- Track record of exceeding annual sales targets.
