Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development: Create and execute digital media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
* Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
* Content Creation: Curate and manage engaging content, including text, images, and videos, across multiple platforms.
* Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and messaging.
* Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
* Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, report KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
* Media Buying: Manage media buying efforts, including budget allocation and performance analysis.
* Collaboration: Work with creative teams on digital campaigns, including paid social, SEO/SEM.
* Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to align their digital presence with business objectives.
* Content Scheduling: Create content calendars and schedule posts across digital media platforms.
Requirements:
* Experience: 1-3 years in digital media strategy or social media management, with a proven track record in digital campaigns.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva or other photo and video editing tools, content calendar creation, and post-scheduling.
* Digital Advertising: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
* Media Buying: Ability to manage digital media buying and budget allocation; media buying skills are a plus.
* Analytical Abilities: Strong data interpretation skills to derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
* Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Creativity: A creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
