Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Create and distribute engaging content, including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Optimize the company website for user experience and search engine performance (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
- Track key metrics and analyze data from campaigns to assess success against goals (ROI and KPIs) and identify trends.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online platforms and collaborate with other teams, such as sales and design.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, following best practices for different platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in campaign management, content creation, SEO, and design.
- Proficiency with tools such as: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, HubSpot, or Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and Figma.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, data-driven marketing, and UX/UI design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
