Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our real estate properties and services
• Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to increase website visibility and drive traffic and leads
• Create and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to generate leads and conversions
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote new listings
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools and make recommendations for improvement
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine ranking and user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, and implement new strategies to improve campaign performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a digital marketer
• Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
• Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
• Experience in Lead generation and sales funnel strategies
• Familiarity with web design and HTML
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience in Google and Social media Ad
• Good knowledge in Email Marketing and blog post
