Digital marketing executive

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for designing and executing Chaandra’s digital marketing campaigns and other activities. The incumbent will play a major role in all the marketing programs and campaigns beginning from ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive will be required to work closely with the sales and traditional marketing team, traditional advertising agencies, digital advertising agencies, and market research agencies to achieve the company’s sales objectives set by the managing director of Chaandra. internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company goals. The objectives which must include but not limited to the following: Increasing digital sales, Increasing lead generation, Increasing brand engagement, and Increasing brand conversions.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales, marketing and logistic team to the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Ensure that the digital marketing activities lead to achievement of sales objectives of the company
  • Effectively implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display, Short Messaging System)
  • Initiate, manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Create and manage relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
  • Manage SEO campaigns
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
  • The Digital Marketing Executive will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • The incumbent must possess at least a diploma or professional certification Digital Marketing, and a Bachelor degree in any of the Sciences and Humanities from an accredited and recognized institution.
  • He/She must also have some experience in coding, website development, paid advertising, and blog writing skills. The candidate must have a portfolio and a proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing in a good organization.
  • Must be within the age range of 22 - 30 years
