Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketer & Analyst for our partner firm(Soft Nation Homes Property) to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and data analysis to drive online engagement, generate leads, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum performance.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
  • Develop and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent social media engagement.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Track and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven strategies to optimize ads, content, and overall marketing efforts.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance and lead conversions.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, blog posts) tailored to the real estate audience.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to boost engagement.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.
  • Develop strategies to capture and convert leads through digital channels.
  • Optimize landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and lead funnels.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with relevant insights.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and market demands.
  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting is a plus.
  • Must reside in or around Ajah, Lagos and be available for on-site work.
