Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketer & Analyst for our partner firm(Soft Nation Homes Property) to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and data analysis to drive online engagement, generate leads, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
- Develop and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent social media engagement.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, CRM tools, etc.).
- Track and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Use data-driven strategies to optimize ads, content, and overall marketing efforts.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance and lead conversions.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, blog posts) tailored to the real estate audience.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to boost engagement.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.
- Develop strategies to capture and convert leads through digital channels.
- Optimize landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and lead funnels.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with relevant insights.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and market demands.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with content creation and social media management.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting is a plus.
- Must reside in or around Ajah, Lagos and be available for on-site work.
